How did I come to facial gymnastics?
Honestly, I am the type of person who believes in self-improvement. I understand that if you work out regularly, you’ll have a good body. The same applies to facial gymnastics.
When I was around 26−27 years old, there came a period when people started guessing my age to be older than it was. It offended me because I always worked out and thought I looked younger. However, as I approached 30, fatigue started showing on my face, and people began assuming I was older. I became very focused on this.
Years ago, getting facial injections was not as common as it is now. I had some advanced friends back then whose faces now, unfortunately, show the effects of years of injections. Seeing their stretched faces, which were rare back then, didn’t appeal to me. I thought, if I can do daily exercises for my body, why not do exercises for my face?
Embracing a Natural Approach
I started researching facial gymnastics and explored the work of various experts in the field. By studying their methods and combining this knowledge with my own experiences, I developed my unique approach. I looked in a few face exercise courses but stopped on this one. I liked that Ana B's exercises are straight to the point and and her classes are affordable. I love this course! I am so tired of doing several different types of face yoga(s) which included one specific one and then grabbing whatever else I saw on the internet in an effort to achieve the results I wanted. All of them combined only showed some improvement (and that’s with a daily effort) but doing “take class” feels better to me AND I already see result on my face happening that I’ve been wanting (and I am only on course 6) More proof was when I saw how people looked at me again! It was just like old times and I also had my glow back. That hasn’t happened in years! I really do love this course so far. My only suggestion would be is to be able to ask more questions along the way instead of being restricted to a certain amount. I have a question right now and that is; do I need to keep doing other face yoga exercises or will these face exercises be enough to achieve and keep the look I want? And or did I achieve good results so quickly because of doing other face yoga exercises? Also, are we allowed to keep the video courses? Thank you, Nancy
